Refund policy
At Balansaii, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every product before it is dispatched. As our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- The package is visibly tampered with at the time of delivery
- The product has a manufacturing or packing defect
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Please email the above details to: hello@balansaii.com
If the package appears visibly tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend not accepting the shipment and informing us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used food products
- Products where the original seal is broken (unless damaged in transit)
- Change of mind or taste preferences
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to courier issues, we will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
